Introduction
Home Workouts is an app that is used by most people who like working out from home with no need of working equipment. I took the project so that I can track it and do additional of features which I believe people who work from home would like seeing them in one app. I am a lover of working out especially working out from home this project is exciting to me I hope it will bring joy to other users of the app.
Problem statement
Home workout users struggle to identify meals that complement their exercise routines. This challenge can lead to poor nutrition, reduced performance, and suboptimal fitness results.
Solution
Introduce a meal recommendation feature tailored to the user's specific workouts.

Tracking the existing to learn more and what the app entails here are the screens I I did for the tracking from scratch

The solution I came up with
The solution I came up with
To provide a seamless nutrition experience, I designed two screens that integrate meal recommendations into the fitness app. The first screen offers a personalized breakdown of macronutrient needs, water intake recommendations, and categorized meal suggestions for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner based on workout goals. The second screen introduces diet plans tailored for weight loss, muscle gain, and weight gain, allowing users to explore 30+ dishes per category. A "Customize Meals" option enhances personalization, giving users control over their nutrition while maintaining a structured approach to healthy eating.

These screens provide a personalized recipe experience, allowing users to explore and prepare meals efficiently. The first screen displays a list of personalized recipes, while the second and third screens offer detailed step-by-step instructions for cooking. Users can switch between ingredients and process tabs, ensuring a seamless cooking experience. The interface is clean, intuitive, and visually appealing, enhancing engagement.
The first few screens display categorized meal options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, while customization screens allow users to modify their meal plans based on preferences. Additionally, the article section provides motivational fitness content, keeping users engaged and inspired throughout their journey.

User Testing
I gave 5 users to test the new intergrated section after prototyping the testing involved all the added screens and how they navigated through them.
Some of the feedback
🌟 Smooth transition between sections.
🌟 Well-organized recipe breakdown, reducing cognitive load.
🌟 High-quality food images in the diet plans make it engaging.
🌟 The ability to customize meals is a strong feature, providing flexibility.
👎 Could improve by adding features like serving size adjustments or a timer for each step.
👎 The "+ Customize Meals" button is well-placed but could be slightly more prominent with a bolder style.
👎 tA bit more contrast or subtle visual elements could further enhance engagement.
